Day 2 of the Cheltenham Festival and the feature race is the Queen Mother Champion Chase.

The Champion Chase might get less runners than the other grade one races during the cheltenham festival but it is still one the keenest fought races of the cheltenham weekend.

The Queen Mother Case consist of 2 miles and 12 fences ran at an amazing pace. It has been the scene of some of the best finishes at cheltenham. Top Horses in the past included Moscow Flyer which won this race in 2003 and 2005.

So who will win the Queen Mother Champion Chase 2009, well last years winner Master Minded still looks an amazing horse who seem a notch better than its competitors, but there is no certaintyl in national hunt racing. Master Minded is the top rated chase on the circuit. His two runs at Sandown and Ascot ended in wins and he did not looks puffed.

PaddyPower are offering a Free £20 Bet on this race. we recommend you look for some of the specials which are on offer, as their will be no value backing Master Minded to win. We like the look of Big Zeb as a each way bet at 10/1. Big Zeb has won his first two grade one starts in irelands.

Other options include Briareus who could do well at a price of 20/1.

Champion Chase Odds

1-3 Master Minded; 10 Big Zeb; 12 Well Chief; 14 Petit Robin; 16 Twist Magic; 20 Briareus; 50 Bar
